What to Expect
Phone call or form submission. Tell us the basics: property location, what you're envisioning, and your preferred timeline.
On-site consultation. We visit your property to assess terrain, views, sun exposure, and access. This is free and takes 45-60 minutes. We discuss material options, design ideas, and structural requirements on the spot.
Design proposal. Within one week of the site visit, you receive a detailed proposal with design drawings, material specifications, structural details, timeline, and a fixed-price quote.
Planning Ahead
Big Sky's building season runs May through October. We book projects 2-4 months in advance during peak season. For a summer build, we recommend reaching out by February or March. Fall and shoulder-season builds are sometimes available with shorter lead times.
